Sorry guy I am about to send my application but I need your guidance
I have got my AINP last week and now I am preparing my PR documents and I have realized that DOB on my passport and on other documents( 17th March 1987) is different from my Birth certificate(17th July 1987) one my friend went to the municipality office(Gujarat; India) with my passport copy and other id's but they rejected to make any changes and they told us that you can do this via lawyer but it will take 6 months but my AINP nomination is expiring on January 15th, 2016. I do not have that much time to wait. What should I do now?
I have following documents with my 17th March 1987-
1- secondary school marksheet (10th SSC) which shows my full name on it and DOB
2- School leaving certificate with DOB and my parent's full name
3- Affidavit( notarized- oath from my mother) which shows my DOB.
Please guide me.

I think you need to fix the issues first either ways because you need both your passport and birth certificate on your application. You asked the province that nominated you if they could give an extension of the certificate and tell them your problem which needs to be fixed. Just a thought only.

Dear,
I don't think birth certificate is mandatory for final application to CIC. Just refer CIC web where they can allow school certificate in which ur birth date mention and parents name.
Donot worrie about it. They understand before 1989 birth registration system was not that much of established in India.

2_for police certificates we did the one on canada but not back home so do I put check in check list.

I have sent my application to CIO and it has been delivered on 01/08/2015, yesterday my credit card has been charged with the application fees...does this mean i'll receive my AOR soon? hope so

I'm not really sure if you can still use the expired IELTS, just check it on your checklist. They might just ask you if they need a latest one. Same thing with the police certificate.

1-We received your application for permanent residence on August 4, 2015.
2-We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on October 9, 2015.
3-We started processing your application on October 9, 2015.
