Looking for some feedback.
live in canada for 3 years next month(april) with my partner, daughter and son(born in canada 1 yr ago). We applied for PR 2 yrs ago. 1 week ago they asked us to do a medicals, criminal clearance, letter from employer saying that i will have work through this process and LMO if i was promoted. They didnt give us very much time. We have done everything exept waiting on criminal clearance from South Africa, they a bit slow there. We may run out of time, so my employer had a LMO in the office intended for someone else who didnt arrive from the UK, now we have requested a name change on the LMO on the 9 March 2012 so I can get a extension on my WP, how long does that usually take and what if it takes to long ? Can I go do this at the border with my passport, paperwork and new LMO at the border in BC HWY 15 ? When should i do this, fews before my current one runs out, when ?
