PR and Student Visa at Same time

Hello,
Can I apply for student Visa even if I have Express Entry profile created?
The thing is, I will have my Study start in between processing time of Express Entry.
Timeline would roughly look like this.

Study Starts Sep 2019
Express Entry Profile Submission April 2019

So, even if I get invitation to apply for PR, can I apply for student visa as well? If so, how would i satisfy officer that I will leave canada after my study permit?

Both are not related at all.

I know both are different but let say I have PR application running and then I apply for student Visa. In student Visa, you have to prove that you will go back home after your study but if you have PR application ongoing then that would not make sense

Submit your EE application once study visa is approved and you are in Canada.

Two parallel applications can go only for lmia based jobs if they are dual intent.. student visa cannot go parrallel with ee as it shows ur dual intent..can lead to student visa rejection

It's called Dual Intent and you can apply for both together.

Nope student visa cannot be dual intent... student visa is temp visa and cannot have dual intent

I was here in dual intent mate.. work permit and ita together.. they will reject student visa... u wanna go ahead please feel free.. but this ambigous will create issue

I know people who came here on student visa while their PR application is under processing.
