How many times can I apply for my PR and bridging work permit? For instance, if I have applied for my PR and it's denied so can I apply for a bridging work permit again?
Also do I need to surrender my old work permit to CIC while applying for the bridging work permit?
If you apply for PR and it's denied - then you won't qualify for another bridging open work permit immediately. You have to have a PR application accepted and in progress to qualify for a BOWP. Having said that, you can certainly apply for PR again if you are refused.
