I have submitted application for Ontario PNP on 18th Oct and I received PNP on 15th Nov. Does anyone know the next step for applying to PR and how long does it take?
Now you will be given an additional 600 points. Post to that, you will receive an invitation to apply by next draw.
PNP applicants averaged 5 months to get their Visa.

After getting ITA, you would get a mail where pending documents list would be there including your medicals.you need to get the police clearance letter as well. After getting all you need to resubmit it in the portal.

There are various criteria to apply for Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP). I completed my masters degree in one of the universities in Ontario. There are some criterias like you must be in Ontario for 12 months within 24 months before you apply, you need to give IELTS (minimum 6 in each section), etc. You may find more information on http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/
No, you do not need any CRS. you are applying as a masters graduate program( in my case). You also do not need job offer. I did not have job offer but I got PNP. You have to show in letter of intent to stay in Ontario. I submitted interview confirmation which shows that I am willing to stay in Ontario.
The procedure may vary depends on your qualification and status in Canada. What's your status in Canada. If you are doing master's degree, I can help you with that. I do not have any idea for other stream. Thanks

It is averaged about 5-6 months. There were some who got their nomination in 4-5 months too.
In general. PNP applicants are tend to receive their PR late than direct ITA applicants.
