ppr to copr with covid

Any one received copr recently, i submitted my passport on 23th December, it's been almost 2 months under process until now.
Is that normal?usually it take 2 weeks in Amman VO even with covid.
Anyone received his passport in January or February? Are they holding our passports until new travel restriction take effect? Or it is just sth with Amman VO?

If you haven't done it yet you should try and contact Amman VO directly for the best information via, email, phone etc.
