PPR to COPR timeline

I got PPR request on 8/11/2019 & passport reached at Ottawa office on 15/11/2018 but no update till date .its almost more than one month . Don’t know how to track that what is going on ?i called the customer care & she told u will get message shortly but it’s almost more than one week.

It's usually a process that takes 15 working days. Hold on tight, you could get it any day.
