PPR through personal email not on mycic account

Guys,
Is there anyone here received PPR from personal email not on your mycic account? I'm just wondering cause I received mine last Sunday through email and upon checking my mycic account, nothing has change on my EE profile. I already sent my passport as per instructions and with the knowledge of my Immigration consultant as well.
Is there anyone here did the same thing or received PPR through email?

Yes, exact same situation. Sent off stuff and waiting to hear back. Return tracker not yet activated.
Heard of a few others got PPR this way also. MyCIC has not changed either, still processing.

So CIC sent PPR directly to your personal Email? I got the Correspondence letter with wrong email address (My previous agent's email address). What if they do the same to me? Is there a way to update it?

I have the exact same situation, got the email to my business email address which is not even the one I use from myCIC... Sent the stuff last week, no change to myCIC or ECAS yet and tracker is not activated yet.

PPR Aug 24th. it's only been 5 days since I sent all off.

I hope you get it soon. My consultant says that I should get it back within two weeks. Pls. Keep us posted once you receive yours. Thanks for sharing.

I got it through personal email only just now. No change on MyCIC, which still says my case is open and everything is in progress.

I got PPR thru my personal email , no message in mycic.
MyCIC was changed to "approved" and "closed" today. Waiting on return tracker to get activated..
