I just got PPR through e-mail from CPP Ottawa. I've been working in Canada so I haven't had a problem waiting (I had to wait a long time).
What happens next now that I have emailed them my US passport picture page and work permit page?
Since I'm in the same boat as you.....it's my understanding that the "Decision made" comes next, followed by Confirmation of Permanent Residency via mail. Some people see their ecas change to "Decision made" during this process, while others do not. Congratulations, as you're almost there
