Since I'm in the same boat as you.....it's my understanding that the "Decision made" comes next, followed by Confirmation of Permanent Residency via mail. Some people see their ecas change to "Decision made" during this process, while others do not. Congratulations, as you're almost there Hope it comes soon for you!!
