PPR request-Visa extempt country

Hello,

Today I recived PPR request. I'm from a visa extempt country. Please help me with this problem. In the email recived from VO it's saying " Please submit one photocopy of the photo page and any pages containing amendments of the passport for you and one for each accompanying family member. " I understand that I need to send a copy of the page of the passport where is the photo but I don't understand what "pages containing amendaments" means. Please help me. Thank you.

Some countries' passports will have specific pages that allow for things such as name changes while the passport is still valid. See this link: https://i0.wp.com/allthingsfadra.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/Passport251.jpg

if your passport doesn't have this type of page, then don't worry.
