Hi,
Is there anybody who is in a situation/ or has faced this situation where primary applicant need to submit the passports in Canada and family needs to submit passports in their home country for PR visa stamping?
Is it valid to ask CIC to transfer only family files to their home country so that family can submit passports at home country?
thanks

Yes, there are people in this situation, it is very much VALID to ask CIC to have your family submit their passport in your home country.
thanks BigBee
if its a valid option , how much time it usually takes to transfer the files from Ottawa to other country visa office and then request for passport and then issue the COPR. I guess someone who has faced this will be able to answer this.
thanks
