We've received PPR, the email instructs to send a prepaid courier envelope (fedex, ups, etc.) The IRCC Website instructions for cross border shipment instructions specifically say you do not need to include an empty envelope, just the shipping labels. Wondering if anyone knows definitively or what worked for others.
