My husband and I are Indian citizens and we live in Detroit, MI, USA. We received our passport request today from Canada for permanent residence.

If we want to submit our Passports to a visa office within the US so that we get them back faster, is there a way we can do so without sending to Ottawa as mentioned in their email? If anyone has done this, can you please let us know the process and where it needs to be sent.
