Dear Fellows,

I have received PPR from Islamabad CHC, and I am an Afghan who is living in Afghanistan and literally dont know any one in Pakistan to provide CHC with passport pickup. And they have stated that they dont send passport outside Pakistan, what should I do friends.
Please Help me out
 
I am probably very late to reply back.

What did you do? I would actually have someone else to go there and drop it and when ready that person could go back for pick up, not sure if this will work :(
