Hello everyone, just some questions that would really help us on our PPR. Aside from submitting the said documents mention from my email. Are we also gonna include the fees on the envelope? Also which is faster in processing our passports, Cebu or Manila. My wife is living in Mindanao right now and we are told to come to Canada before September 3.

I submitted our passports just last week in person to VFS Manila. It only took 15 minutes including wait time in the queue since we had all the requirements ready. I am expecting our returned PP+COPR next week (about 10 working days) although I heard it may take less time than that.
Hi, got an update for your guidance: submitted our passports personally to VFS Manila on Friday (28 July 2017) and just now received SMS from VFS that our passports with visa (and likely the COPR too) are ready (02 August 2017), so Manila can process as fast as 3 working days. Good luck!

Your wife may send her passport and other requirements mentioned on the email, as well as a Manager's Cheque (total of Php906.00) via courier to VAC Manila. She should be getting everything back in 10 days or less. Make sure the visa photos is correct as per spec. For more details re: VAC Manager's Cheque, just click here.
