I am an Inland Applicant (with 2 dependents) under PNP program from New Brunswick. We got DM on Oct 18, 2018. A month after that, we received an update on my online account to visa IRCC office in Fredericton without an appointment. The letter mentioned us to bring our passports, 2 photos/each and the letter. We visited the office on Nov 22, 2018 and was issued CoPRs. Two month after that, we received my PR cards.
Today I received an email from IRCC.CIO-BRCD.IRCC@cic.gc.ca to ask us to submit our passports, 2 photos/each and send it to Ottawa for CoPRs and permanent residence visa. I believe this is the PPR email. I checked my online profile but there is no update.
Would you please advise me what to do in this case? I replied to the email. I have been trying calling CIC but have not been able to speak to an agent yet.
