I just received Request for PPR and in the email CIC has attached very simple Biodata form which has Height, Eye colour, Name information on it. I have couple of questions, if someone can please advise I would appreciate.
1. Apart from Biodata form which CIC sent, Passport, 2 Photos and Email printout, Do I need to send any other document ?
2. Is there any evidence i need to provide for Eyes colour and Height measurement ?
3. Should I stamp date on which photo was taken on back of 2 photographs ?

3. i don`t think it can hurt. actually, some photographers do it without even asking you.

Thanks bro, I have 4 photos with date stamped by photographer on back and 4 blank with no date. Should I send 2 Photos with date on them ?? What is the best way to send documents by Courier or Xpressport ??

Visas stamped normally from Ottawa, but check in your mail, where they are asking to send your documents and send accordingly.
yeah, just send 2 photos with the date on them. but i don't think it would be a problem even if you sent the photos without dates. if you live in canada, xpressport is the better way as you can keep track of your mail.
