Urgent!
We received passport request recently for dependent child in the Philippines. We applied inland through spousal sponsorship. I am a Canadian citizen, and my spouse is living in Canada as a temporary worker. Her daughter is in the Philippines with my mother in law. We included her daughter in the application and are now being asked to submit her passport. Appendix B asks for family details such as applicant, spouse and children. I have read that only those who are needing a visa need to be included - so Canadian spouse is not required on the form. However, does my spouse need to put her name even though she will land virtually? Or just her daughter's name and info?
