PPR After Re-Medical

Hello Everyone,

Just a question how long does it take to receive PPR after re-medical.
I have done
- My First Medical a year ago.
- Submitted my additional documents along with PCC and passport Photocopy ( PPR1)
- Background check done

@Xris becoz I sent them e-query and the responded that my file is in security and background check. I received email from them that my medical is received and again background check is under investigation. I was really surprised, I hope the check is only related to medical and should soon be finish. I have been waiting 18 months

We are in the same boat now.I did my second med in Feb 2015 and also second PCC in March.Last week I called cic,they told me my application is undergoing a background check. That's why I was wondering how to know the exact date when it started.

my visa office is new delhi, India. I have applied outside of canada
