Hi, I have a question about post doc as a job offer. I started my postdoc on 22 July 2022 and I had closed work permit for that till 22 June 2023 after that I got an open work permit but my contract is valid 23 January 2024 and I can extend it too. Can I apply for job offer with these conditions?

If wanting to count 50 points for Express Entry, you need to be on a LMIA exempt permit with a new job offer saying you will be employed 1 year past PR.
