As i understand it, once you touch down in canada, passport and CoPR in hand, you complete some paperwork then they arrange for the PR card to be issued to a Canadian address. But what if you need to leave canada again and don't have a Canadian address? Is there a way of having your PR card delivered to an address in Canada where they provide the service of sending it on somewhere else for a fee?
