Hi all,
I am the only person who is applying and will come to Canada and have no dependents. I have a brother who is a Canadian citizen. I have mentioned Yes in "Does xxxx have a relative who is a citizen or permanent resident of Canada?" It only asked for brother's location and nothing else about brother.
Under this question there is again immediate family section:
"
Please tell us about xxxx's immediate family members that have not been identified in the application.
This includes any parent, any spouse or common-law partner, any child including adult children, and any brothers or sisters. If the relative is deceased, provide the date of death.
• Check the list at the bottom of the form first to see information you have already saved.
• When you click "Save and Add", each relative's details will be saved to the list.
• The fields will go blank to let you add details about another relative.
• Use the modify or delete button if you want to change details that you have already saved to the list.
"
It says to include relatives that have not been identified in the application. But I have identified brother in question above.
So should I include my brother's details in the immediate family section? Or just the parents information is sufficient under immediate family?
Please clarify.
Thanks
