Post ITA - Proof of fund for provincial nomination (CEC stream)

I wonder if provincial nominee candidate under CEC stream still need to provide proof of fund for post ITA or not?

If you have a job offer and its confirmed, then No otherwise Yes...

I am currently working full-time in Canada. I don't have valid job offer. I have OINP nomination under CEC sream. Even though in OINP application, I put $12,500 as fund avaiable in Canada but now I used part of it. I read in CRA website that if you are eligible under CEC, you don't need a proof of fund. Is it correct?

Hi everyone.
how to know if I am a nominee under CEC or not?
I just got ITA show I am under PNP but my EE profile indicate I met both PNP and CEC.
I am nominated under skilled trade stream of ONIP.
I don't want provide all my credit card and load to CIC since the money I own is bigger than the cash in my bank account .
can I just explain I am a nominee under CEC and give one bank statement?
