I have received an ITA based on my one year experience in Canada. But I also said yes to the question if I have a job offer in Canada. I have realized that I should have said no, since it does not have LMIA. Now that I cannot edit my EE profile, can I change my answer to "No" in my post-ITA profile if it does not change my scores at all since I am not claiming points for it? Or should I decline an invitation and re-submit a new EE profile?
Did you get 50 points for the job offer? If yes, then you will have to decline and resubmit a new profile. If not, then it doesn’t really matter, since it was not credited to the your CRS score and you can proceed with the application

If it does not affect your score (e.g. no points received for the job offer), you can proceed. It will ask you for a job offer letter, you can just upload a brief letter of explanation about your mistake, no problem.
Or, if you change your answer to "no" it will delete the request for a job offer letter, I think. Either way is OK.
