Post ITA: Help in Travel history

Hi Guys,

Kindly help in below 2 questions related to Post ITA documentations

1) I am working in Private concern and mentioned all the Companies which I worked. My question is whether I need to say Yes or No to below question since it included military/government services?

Have you listed all of Senthil's periods of military service or government positions (if any), and all of the organizations that Senthil belongs to (if any)? (required)

2) I worked in Canada for a year and now residing in my hometown India. Mentioned Canada address in Address history. Whether I need to mention "India to Canada travel" in travel history as well? I heard someone said we suppose to mention only short trips on travel history. Kindly clarify, please

Provide details of any trips Senthil has taken outside his/her country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since his/her 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc.
