Post Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) current actual processing time in Canada

Hi,

I have applied for the Post Graduation Work Permit on March 20, 2013 and haven't received it yet... The current processing time is April 4, 2013 that means mine should be done. Even though it takes time to deliver it, it's been a couple of weeks past since my application date showed up on the processing time list of CIC website...
I would like to know when you applied for PGWP if you received it this week. Thanks.

I applied May 20 online and have heard nothing.

First I thought PGWP was in the New temporary resident visa
(For valid Study or Work Permit holders ONLY) which would makes sense in my opinion, but when nothing happened I realized that was not the case.

Getting sick of waiting now

I have applied on Oct 15, 2013 Online and I have received my PGWP on Nov 7, 2013 - Issued on Nov 4, 2013
