The MEng program in civil engineering department at McMaster university is quoted to be "1-2 years" according the program website website.

I want to know if this program will be eligible for a three year PGWP. I know the pgwp length equals to the length of a full timr program but it's not specified whether this McMaster program is exactly 1 year or 2 year, or it's full time or part time .
