I graduated from a Community college at Vancouver in August 2014. I received my post-graduate work permit till my passport expired (April 2017). I didn't renewed my passport in Vancouver as I was under impression that I've to renew my work permit first. unfortunately, my work permit application was refused as my passport was not valid. I had to come back to my country and got my passport renewed.
My visitor visa application to Canada was refused. Please guide what should be my next step. Should I apply for the work permit which still has 5 months as my post-graduate work permit says to " Document issued to passport expiry, must be renewed for further extension"
