post graduate work permit

hi I i just completed my post graduate diploma from Centennial College Toronto. I recently planned to apply for my post graduate work permit and made an account on Cic.ca and found that by mistake i filled the application for Open work permit instead of submitting post graduate work permit. Now i am really work that i did a mistake and i submitted the wrong application and is in process now. I was in the end say of 90 days time to apply for my work permit so can't even cancel this application as it takes 8 business days to cancel it and I won't be able to apply a new application as i will be out of time. Please help me if anyone can i am so worried.
