I am currently a student in a Master degree and I already graduate from a Bachelor degree here. I want to know if it possible to apply for a post graduate work permit for my bachelor degree while I am still a student in Master? I will graduate from the Master in a couple month (around April) but I am moving out of Quebec and I want to be able to work more than 20 hours hence the reason why I want a post graduate work permit. If not possible I will just wait until graduation
The rules are clear if you are in full time education on a study permit you can only work 20 hours a week. Any application for a PGWP anyway would need to be based on your current study permit and your Masters graduation not some qualification in the past .
In any case even if it were possible which it isnt maybe 90 day rule for application has passed since you graduated from your bachelors
