no you can't get a post graduate work permit twice. That means, after you graduated in the future, you must find an employer who wish to apply lmo for you. And this must happened before you graduated.

Hi i am an international student , initially i got into York and then after 1 year i had to change my institution to Humber college, they both are Designated learning institutions. I did not submit application to change my DLI. It would be really helpful if some could tell me if it was mandatory to do that?
