Sorry to hear about your health issues but you missed you shot man... PGWP is a one time only deal which Canada allows students to take advantage of. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, you've blown it. You need 1 year of work for Canadian Experience Class, with 10 months you can't even get that. Only thing you can do is try and get a company to file a LMIA but from what I hear, that's really tough
