My post grad work permit expired and though I do qualify under CEC my points are not high enough to get an ITA.
I am still in Canada trying to find a job under my NOC but there doesn’t seem to be any positions under my NOC. If I get an LMIA under a different NOC like say food service supervisor or a different position could I get the 50 points for Express Entry or would it have to only be under the NOC I previously had?
Also I do need to leave Canada if I do secure a position to get an LMiA so if I do get a positive LmIA can I get the 50 points right away or is it when I get the work permit and start working in Canada?
