Post grad. 3 year work Permit

I am from Pune Maharashtra India . I have completed 4 year Engineering in electronics and telecommunication and currently working in supply chain management company. My main question is if i do 2 separate programs of 1 year each then am i eligible for 3 year work permit?

• If a student obtained a 1-year degree, diploma or certificate from an eligible institution in Canada after having obtained, within the prior 2 years, another degree, diploma or certificate from an eligible institution in Canada, the duration of the work permit may be up to 3 years.
