Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi,
I went to Canada as an international student but couldnt finish studies..my student visa expired and i overstayed for 1 year before claiming refugee status..it was refused and i went for PRRA which was also refused and i was asked to leave the country..i did..now its been almost 3 years since then. My questions are:
1) is there anyway i can go back to canada? Im a Certified General Accountant and ACCA now
2) can i apply for any other country if not canada? would it matter that i was deported from canada ? would it harm my application in anyway ?

Note: i dint have any criminal offence in canada

I would forget about applying for any of the following: student visa, work visa, tourist visa. To be approved for any of these, you must prove that you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. The fact you have been deported will make it extremely difficult for you to prove this and you'll most likely be refused.

If you want to return to Canada, you should apply to immigrate. You can still qualify to immigrate to Canada even if you have been deported. You will have to research Canada's immigration programs (see link below) to see if you qualify to apply or what you must do to qualify to apply:
