Hey there I just want to ask a question, my parents are naturalized canadian citizens and my two siblings was born there. I’m a pr but i haven’t met the OR to keep my pr. Can my mom still sponsor me if ever i get reported by immigration that i didn’t meet the obligation?

How old are you?

If you are 21 years old or under at the time she submits the application, then yes. Otherwise no.

Agree with comments above, but would underline: still better for you to return ASAP and remain, even if out of cmopliance now. Sooner the better.

Lots of sob stories here and out there of people who relied on this ability to get sponsored anew and then something unexpected happened. Sometimes things as trivial as applying while under 22 and then application being returned for a minor error/omitted document and then ... too late if aged out in the interim.

You can also expect somewhat more leniency on RO if younger (eg under 22) and return before.
