Hi.I requested visa for my parents online and because there is no any Bio-metric center (VAC) in our country ,they had to go to another country to do bio-metric test .after it done I got a message about insurance for them that they have to get an insurance for at least 365 days and 100,000 coverage and above and its so expensive .I did mistake to choose between super visa and multiple visa .can i cancel or change the supervisa to multiple without doing biometric test again ?

You can send a Case Specific Enquiry/ IRCC web form to the relevant visa office requesting to consider your parents' applications for TRVs instead of super visas as you had incorrectly selected the super visa option. You must submit the amended TRV application forms too
thanks i changed SUPERVISA to FAMILY VISIT in purpose of visit section in TRV form .and then i sent it at IRCC WEB FORM with details of my mistake .after i got a message that they answer me in 26 days .I hope they will accept it .
