Positive NOD received and time for applying PR

Hi my hearing completed on 27th September, positive decision was made on October 1st, received physical NOD in mail on 10th October.

Can I apply my PR today or wait for more days since minister can appeal within 15 days? when the 15 days count starts?
will my councel receive if there were any appeal or only my self?

Apply today, I applied the same day I got my NOD.

The 15days is already passed as you got approved on the 1st.

thanks @Db1000 , so the 15 days count starting on the date of approval, not the date I received NOD right, I thought minister send me letter after appeal which might have canadapost delays..
but still my lawyer would have got it immediately like other notification if there were a appeal from minister already right..

Check your NOD, it says the day you were approved.

Mine showed the day I did the hearing and got the approval on the table.
