IF your spouse's address on file is outside Canda, you spouse will receive a PPR.
@legalfalcon In this case, if outland spouse has any other type of valid visa - either TRV or worker visa would be able to travel to Canada before receiving PPR request for PR?

If you have a visa you can travel to Canada. PR has nothing to do with it.

@legalfalcon After receiving PPR for PR approval also, can spouse travel with old TRV? Instead of waiting for getting PR visa stamped.

Hi
@Kulwinder Brar111293 ,
Did you get the reply back from IRCC for your dependent being Outside Canada?
How long did they take to reply you back?
Also please share the email from where you got the reply.
Thanks

Since you are not in Canada, you will receive a PPR, and you will have to wait for it.
If the PA is in Canada, then PA will receive a e-COPR and after that the PPR is sent to outland dependents.

Do we have to send an email or webform to IRCC to get the PPR for Outland dependent? Or Will IRCC do it automatically once PA gets their eCOPR?

IRCC will send you the instructions after the inland PA gets the COPR. You may have to wait for sometime.
