I need your help.
I received portal 1 in November 2023 to which I replied that I am in Canada (which I truly was).
Then on December 27, I travelled outside of Canada due to family emergency.
But today on December 29, I received portal 2 where I have to declare that I am in Canada, upload picture and provide mailing address.
As I am not in Canada, I can’t declare. But this portal 2 email says I have seven days to complete the request. It is not possible for me to travel back as of now.
Please help. What should I do ?

Let them know you travel outside Canada for a family emergency and request extension for when you are back?
If you are away for significant longer period, I guess you need to let them know of address change so they can send PPR to your local VO.
