Can a international student enter in Canada from any port. Means other then province where my university is situated. REASON is i need to quarantine at my relative place who lives in other province

1. Yes, but CBSA may want to see onward transportation to your school

This may be problematic. You will need to show you are fully vaccinated with the Canadian approved vaccines to fly or take the train to your school. Your relatives will also need to prove that they have an appropriate quarantine location for you. Do they have a basement with a bathroom where you can remain on your own?
