I got my PR through SINP. In Copr the destination city is marked as Regina. As there are no direct international flights to Regina. can I land in Vancouver and then stay for a day in Vancouver and proceed to regina for PR formalities, is that allowed, or should i directly land in Regina.

no direct flight to Regina. you can land in any city of your choice in canada then take connecting flight to Regina. i suggest you make sure the officer that attends to you knows your destination is Regina. let him see your flight schedule to show your destination.
