The fact that you have a recent asylum claim in the US means you have zero chance of being approved for a TRV. The fact that you were able to return to your country seriously calls into question any basis for an asylum claim in the first place.

If you want to come to Canada, you either need to qualify as normal like everyone else or leave your country and be recognized as a refugee. Note that the second option in no way guarantees you will come to Canada, as you could be resettled in any number of other countries.
