Father was Political Asylum Seeker & Just a few months ago he got his approvement on his issue & now he has Permanent Card,
The Question is Can he take his kids from Egypt refugees company to stay with him in Canada, for your information his kids are all above 20 Years Old.
If his kids are above 22, then he cannot - they will have to qualify by themselves. If they are under 22, then yes, he can sponsor them.
Under 22 and not married.
