I am looking for some format/templates of 'POLICE VERIFICATION REPORT ' which needs to be extracted from Police Department in India.
Next week I am going to ask the Police Department in my town to provide such report which I will pass to CIC.
I don't want any risk by providing any 'nonstandard Police Verification Report' to CIC.
I think you need to apply for police verification through passport seva kendra, nearest to your home town. Then after the verification is done ther, u ll be given a police verification date at the local police station.. I'm not sure of providing them a format..thy must be having one that is legal.
