Police verification from NL - Time and steps

Has some one faced a similar situation :

Indian citizen no more residing in NL but needing police verification from NL. Do you know the process and time it takes to get a Police verification from NL for Indian citizen.

I had checked this link before posting here but I am looking for a real experience of a person who has done this process. From sending the documents to NL to receiving it back ,how much time it takes. Thanks for your reply.

Thank You , this helps . I found VOG for NZ PR but this holds good for CA PR as well and is the same as police verification. Thank You
