Police clearence from UK and India is mandatory or not?

Dear all,
I am an Indian and studied two and half years in UK.currently working in qatar.Now I applied for quebec skilled migration.for this quebec migration police clearance do I need to take from UK and qatar.

Yes - you need police clearances from both countries. And yes - it's mandatory.

Now am in qatar do you know after submitting my documents at what time I need to submit this police clearance certificate.And how can I apply UK pcc from qatar or India.any idea I left UK already.after completion of my studies I left from UK.

For India PCC, you can get from Passport offices.

Yes mandatory, like what my friend did, she was asked to submit all the police clearances from the countries she worked before like dubai, sok0r, & japan.

For Saudi PCC, it is very difficult to get if you are outside Saudi.
