Police Clearance

Hi Member,

I was in UK from Jan-2016 to 4-Jan-2017 and now back to India. I was in US from 2007 to 2008 for a year.

Please advise do I need to get police clearance from UK and US is this required for getting clearance from India is sufficient.

You need them for the US and UK as well.

As checked with visa processing consultant only police clearance from India is sufficient.

Your consultant is dumber than a hammer. PCC's are required from all countries where you have been a resident for more than 6 months.

Seems so, he says it is required if you have stayed in any country only 6 years back from 2016.

Please advise how to get clearance from US and UK as I am residing in Chennai, India.
