Hi, I just wanted to clear my doubts regarding the Police clearance certificate. I am an Indian citizen holding an Indian passport and have recently been to Canada and stayed there from July 2013 to April 2014 after which I returned to India. I have not been to any other country since then and now am planning to go back to Canada fro my PhD. Do i require a PCC for my student visa? Is it mandatory?
Don't think so. I think it's all good if you have no transgression with Canadian immigration. But still contact CIC or high commission in your country to be on the safe side.
